Join the Town of Christiansburg tomorrow, August 6 from 6-8 p.m. at the Christiansburg Recreation Center for an evening of fun at National Night Out!
National Night Out is a FREE event hosted by the Christiansburg Police Department. The event is a national community-building campaign that promotes police-community partnerships.
Activities and demonstrations at the event will include:
-Touch-A-Truck featuring first responder vehicles
- Internet Safety Booth
- K9 Demo
- Drone Team Demo
- ERT Demo
- Variety of booths providing safety information
- Christiansburg Police Department obstacle course for potential new hires (must be 18 years old and sign a liability release)
- Informational booths from neighboring agencies
- Face Painting
- Door prizes from ADT
- State police with a motorcycle
- Raffle provided by Citizen's Support Group
- Child fingerprinting
